About Ananda Yoga:  A gentle practice, Ananda Yoga emphasizes alignment, pose modification, pranayama, energy-control techniques, meditation, and applied yoga philosophy. Students are encouraged to remain relaxed wile silently repeating a specific affirmation in each pose. Developed by Swami Kriyananda from the teachings of Parmhansa Yogananda. About Sally Swan:  A yoga practitioner for over forty years, Sally completed the Ananda School of Yoga and Meditation Yoga Teacher Training program in 2013 and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Instructor.  Sally is also a certified Meditation Teacher through The Ananda School. 


About Soaring Swan Yoga:  Sally provides private and small group yoga sessions at her yoga studio in Mendocino. Please email for more information.  


Prior to the COVID pandemic, Sally taught weekend yoga at the C.V. Starr Community Center in Fort Bragg.  The Community Center closed in March 2020 and is not expect to re-open before the end of 2020.
